A litte ode to one of my favorite cities. Sung to the tune of Hello Seattle by Owl City, with some mistakes in the number of syllables!


Hello New Orleans I am a drunk hobo
In the swamps and islands
I fall asleep in front of a liquor store
And awake while being mugged
Hello New Orleans, I am an alligator
Deep beneath the river
I'll swim up the banks of the Mississippi
And eat all the tourists
Hello New Orleans, I am a hurricane
Beating down on your shore
I will disguise myself as a category 2
Then destroy the city
Hello New Orleans, I am a gothic tard
Hanging out in graveyards
I sing about vampires and drinking blood
While shooting up with hot sauce

Hello New Orleans, I am an art school kid
Painting pictures of jazz bands
I walk around bemoaning my wretched life
but won't get a real job

with annoying tourists
drunk in the morning, drunk in the evening too
